To change your username, click on the avatar image and then select Edit Profile.

Here you can change the automatically generated username according to your preferences.

To become a premium member and participate in more surveys to earn more money, you need to verify your user profile. Click on your avatar and select the menu item Premium. Then click on Verify and go through the verification process of our partner Passbase. Your profile will remain anonymous.

To participate in paid surveys, simply look for the survey badge within your timeline and click on “Start Survey”.

If you would like to be notified when new surveys are published, click on your avatar image and navigate to “Settings” -> “Notifications” and activate “Allow invitations” in the “Invitations to Surveys, Studies and Polls” section.

To see your earnings, click on your avatar picture and then on the menu item “Earnings”. Here you can see how much money you have already earned with surveys. Under the menu item “Payouts” you can withdraw the whole amount or part of it.

A Quick Poll is initially a gimmick for members to ask each other questions. However, you cannot earn money by answering a member quick poll. You can, of course, earn money with a Quick Poll initiated by a brand or a company. You will then find a hint that you can earn credits with the poll.

How do I make a Quick Poll?

You can create a Quick Poll by clicking on the Quick Poll button in your Timeline. You can choose between a Text Poll and an Image Poll.

How to search for hashtags

To search for posts tagged with a specific hashtag, you can use the mypinio search feature. For example, if you want to search for the hashtag #food, just type the word food in the search box and confirm. You will then be taken to an overview page where you will see a list of all fast tags that contain the term food.

Then click on the desired hashtag and you will be taken to the overview page of all posts that contain that hashtag.

How to follow someone?

You can follow members, friends and acquaintances on mypinio. There are different ways to do this.

1. Use the search to find friends and acquaintances you want to follow on mypinio.

The profile of the person you were looking for appears. Then click on FOLLOW and you will see the posts of this user in your timeline.

2. Another way to follow people is to click on one of the contacts suggested by mypinio.

3. You can also follow people on mypinio by clicking on their username, for example in a comment, and thus go to that person’s profile. You can then click the “Follow” button on the user’s profile.
