How to earn money with surveys

mypinio offers you the possibility to earn money by taking part in surveys. And it’s very simple. Look out for posts with a survey badge in your timeline. Whenever such a badge appears in your timeline, you can click on it and the survey will start.

To participate in surveys, simply look for the survey badge within your timeline and click on “Start Survey”.

If you would like to be notified when new surveys are published, click on your avatar image and navigate to “Settings” -> “Notifications” and activate “Allow invitations” in the “Invitations to Surveys, Studies and Polls” section.

Where can I see my earnings?

You earn money with mypinio by participating in surveys. Your earnings, which you have achieved by participating in surveys, are displayed in your user profile.

To see your earnings, click on your avatar picture and then on the menu item “Earnings”. Here you can see how much money you have already earned with surveys.

The menu item “Transactions” shows you the history of your payouts.

Under the menu item “Payouts” you can withdraw the whole amount or part of it.

This is how easy it is to pay out your earnings

You can easily pay out your earnings yourself without having to ask anyone. This gives you the greatest flexibility to do this whenever you want. You can make a payout once you have reached €10 of earnings.

And this is how easy it is to pay off your earnings;

First navigate to the menu item “Earnings” and then click on “Payouts”. Enter the amount you would like to pay out here. You can only pay out as much money as you have earned.

IMPORTANT: The payment of earnings is not possible in all countries. In those countries where earnings payout is not possible, the credit can be exchanged for vouchers.

Redeem your earnings into vouchers

You can easily redeem your earnings into vouchers. We have a variety of high quality and popular partners where you can redeem your vouchers. You can redeem your earnings into a voucher as soon as you reach €10 of earnings.

First, navigate to the Earnings menu item in your user profile and then select Redeem.

In the Gift Card Value field, enter the value you would like to exchange for a gift card. Confirm the terms of use and then click on REDEEM. The vouchers you see on the screenshot below are only examples. You will now receive an e-mail with a link to all the vouchers that you can redeem.

And this is what the email looks like that you get. It contains a link to an overview of vouchers that you can redeem with your earnings from paid surveys. Click on the link and you will be redirected to a page with an overview of all vouchers.

Now you will find an overview of the vouchers. The vouchers vary from country to country. Now click on the voucher you would like to receive from the earnings from paid surveys.

Once you have selected your voucher, you can enter the amount you would like to redeem for this voucher. You can also select more than one voucher. If you only want to redeem one voucher, enter the desired amount and click Checkout. If you want to redeem more than one voucher, click Add to Card. That’s it. Enjoy redeeming your vouchers!

What are Credits?

To be able to conduct larger and more complex surveys yourself, in which mypinio members who are not in your friends list can also participate, you have to upload credits. This function is interesting for market researchers, companies and brands.

To add credits, navigate to the menu item “Earnings” and then to “Add Credits”. Here you can top up your credits.

What is the purpose of the billing address?

You receive an invoice automatically generated by mypinio for each monetary transaction. This invoice contains your address. You can enter the billing address as follows:

Navigate to “Earnings” and then to “Billing Address”. Here you can enter your address.

Where can I see my transaction history?

Every time you cash out your earnings or top up credits, an entry is automatically made in your transaction history. This way you always have an up-to-date overview of your transactions.

And this is how you see your pay out history:
